My name is David John Williams. Welcome to my website D J Williams Photography.

Originally from Lower Edmonton, in North London, England, I now live with my wife Valerie in the State of Montana, USA.

Since an early age, thanks to my late Father, I have had a passion for still photography. My first serious camera was an Olympus OM-10, with a manual adapter. Next was a Canon EOS 1000, a Canon EOS 3, then Canon EOS 10 and currently a Canon EOS 40D. The last two Canon’s were digital, and I have shot digital almost exclusively for many years.

I have been fortunate to have had many of my photographs published, in national (UK) and International newspapers, books, magazines, TV programs, internet websites, used as reference for a US postage stamp, and displayed in public buildings. Many of my prints have been purchased by individuals from all around the World.

I have photographed celebrities such as Pierce Brosnan, Sir Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, George Lazenby, Hally Berry, Rick Yune, John Barry, Sir Christopher Lee, Madonna, Rosamund Pike and many more.

I was the stills photographer on the PBS TV series ‘ Devils Brigade’, a program about the combined US/Canadian First Special Services Force that operated in Europe during World War Two. I have also shot stills on the sets of the James Bond movies ‘The World Is Not Enough’ and ‘Die Another Day, and the Heath Ledger movie ‘A Knights Tale’. I worked for a period of time on the magazine ‘Stunts’, photographing many celebrated stuntmen and women.

Aside from movie sets, I also enjoy photographing nature, wildlife and landscapes, both in Europe and my home state of Montana.

You can see a selection of my photographs on my Bondpix website.
